Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Paelias's homeland. Paelias decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: An older woman who is typically in her Layabout uniform, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Whurdred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Whurdred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Description: A 3'10" southern woman, she tends to wear a grey poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is baby faced.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Gillyd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gillyd decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he feels kind of lost in life
