Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She uses divination through singing.

History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Astaro learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult; and to be a marshal again

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Volen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
