History: Bernard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Ronobe hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a Barber, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ronobe alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Barrister soon after.

History: Engong was born with her father's beautiful face. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Knight. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is unsatisfied with his job
