His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Weaver. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A true patriot, Rolf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
