History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Mortician father left her crippled. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she is greedy

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Being a Navigator kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Mozikth hails from a village terrorized by giants. He worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
