Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Maegan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born in the south. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she feels threatened by others

Description: He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Pallabar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Pallabar was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is dark but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. She is baby faced.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dee grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dee. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she usually wears her black robe and has her pickaxe always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are gold.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Kasdeya enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Kasdeya was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants her found
