History: Dalaba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new performer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: She is lean but muscular and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull blue iron scale mail. Her fur is red and curly. Her eyes are yellow and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gale grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
