History: Lagazi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Glassblower job and began her own company from there.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'2" when asserting himself. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. He uses divination through singing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She dresses in red turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with brown slacks. She carries with her a set of lances on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. She has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This tall, slender man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Raymond was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Raymond grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Raymond. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she's looking for her big break
