Description: An older woman who wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing, she is not a threatening figure. Her fur is brown and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Cloak was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting yellow shirt and pants. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson yellow hat.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Iados was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Iados was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy
