History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Phann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer.
