History: Born in the north to a Slave Trader, Matilda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Healer father left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Through the years after Traubon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Traubon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson brown hat.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
