Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dull brown sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed mace, just in case, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 5'2" and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bethrynna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Srorthen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
