Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Shava was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, marred by teas. He has wavy auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This late middle aged woman likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather and is in decent physical shape. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Caramip was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Caramip's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
