Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. After coming to the age of reason, Dabbledob took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Now she works as a dancing tutor during her time off.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker father left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
