History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Qualen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a simple brown robe with black stripes complete with hood. Her hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's in love; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His fur is orange, silky, and of moderate length. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
