History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Iados was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Iados was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Ethereal and her spouse have recently divorced.
