History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Valafar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
