History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears dull black sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson black hat.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Description: Standing 6'9", this man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Habor never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

He conceals his rapier with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He sports a flattop crest cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. A true patriot, Pandjed would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Pandjed was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
