Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Vaina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Vaina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vaina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Scribe kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A 4'7" northern man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aerdeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aerdeth. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and money/treasure

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
