History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'5" when asserting herself. Her blue crest, when down, is lengthy. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born in the west. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull green sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed lance, just in case, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy red hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has wavy brown hair. He has green eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in a small forest village. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a white coat with blue slacks. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
