History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Anastrianna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Meena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student she started as a Masseuse, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
