History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Barbena alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Bagabug's homeland. Bagabug decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: She was born in a small desert village. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Oriff and her spouse have recently divorced.
