History: Tomph lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by his family

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Carter. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. Her tied-back hair is auburn. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. At a young age her father died while driving off some drow. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in falchion use. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and many drow want her driven away

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. He has no hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
