Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
