Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants. He has a hunchback. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has gleaming, smiling white eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is dark but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Lavinia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Lavinia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is greedy

Description: This woman wears a tan shirt with thin white vertical stripes and tan pants. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her right hand. She has a long auburn ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are green.

Personality: Nyx speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. He has done his best to style his rusty crest to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Rathkran was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a sickle on his belt. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his purple hair in a pixie cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akmen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
