Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a simple black robe with tan stripes complete with hood. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in a small desert village. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She bought a longbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. Her lavender fur is unkempt and raggedy. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Fragrant is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the south to a Bather, Fragrant learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Fragrant took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by her family; and regain custody of her son

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he sports pastel clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His fur, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has green eyes and a pastel hat with a white feather.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to raise his children well
