Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scimitar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has dyed his greying white crest a little too much giving a sharp white color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his top black hat.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Gorfel was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gorfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
