History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Thava liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Melissa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Quilla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
