History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Ront was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ront's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with her Dyer mother left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
