History: Nissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and balancing her hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He has worked as a Sage like his father before him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She prefers to wear flannel. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kallista grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kallista. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and wants to work out more often

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has a crush on the local fortune-teller

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality
