Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. He has done his best to style his black crest to look like a famous performer. His red eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Barkeep and found it very stressful. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is long and brown with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Orryn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When Orryn reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and is typically in her Engraver uniform. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Kithri is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a black cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She is content; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her crest is black and curly. She has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Furrele was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Furrele decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
