History: Quarion was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Crown-heir. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
