Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Herbalist. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Mialee abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Patrick's homeland. Patrick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is dressed in earthy colors with a black and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He has dyed his greying red crest a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Hunter, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
