History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Habor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
