Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Carlin was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Carlin's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
