Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Baker who has hired him part-time. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hupe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Dyer.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. With wild blonde hair. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During her travels, Agatha and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Agatha discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Agatha fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new performer responsibilities is difficult
