History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Rolen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Philomena studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Philomena took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
