After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nikki never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Being a Gardener kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Map Maker who has hired him part-time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nalral took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He has worked as a Map Maker like his father before him.
