Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Hecat enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
