History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Garl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. The war was a terrible time for her, and Thodris does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the south to a Blacksmith, Thodris learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Ploughman again; and she feels kind of lost in life
