History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Windy and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
