Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Randal managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rûg grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rûg. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Vistra was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
