History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Rurik reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sword use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dull red sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He takes great joy in being the best Banker in town.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ombul fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is wearing a long, blue cloak. Her hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
