History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerbo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Elegant is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Elegant and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Mella is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She became a Ruler soon after.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.
