History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A gifted student she started as a Animal Trainer, but she got bored and became a Performer. She tends to her Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
