History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He got into the Dyer business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She is baby faced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Decarabia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
