Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hobart isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hobart was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Donaar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Born in the west to a Baker, Willow learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
