History: Tana hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting illithids, the young Tana began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in the north to a Marshal, Ar-Kaius learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Junk Dealer. He became a Junk Dealer soon after.
