History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Personality: Frederick wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Althaea is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
