History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

History: Myev hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.
